If white was on cams he would have known whether or not yellow was previously inside of the reactor. additionally yellow could be seen walking in the medbay halls so coming from the reactor without passsing the next hall is extremely sus. If you are going to be in cams you should be checking the reactor prior to make sure who is actually in the room and whos venting between rooms
